Young people who have volunteered at BREAD have gone on to do some amazing things...

Rhiannon Holder started volunteering with the SHPEP project at the age of 15.  Now 22, she holds a First Class degree in Deaf Studies, is a professional healthcare worker and is a trustee of BREAD.  In January 2010 Rhiannon made the headlines when she became one of the youngest ever people to be awarded an MBE, in recognition of her commitment to young people's healthcare.

Hyat was a volunteer at Juicy Blitz who has now gone on to a paid position as a trainee youth support worker.  She says, "[volunteering showed me that] I can do a lot more than I thought I could and I'm more confident than I thought I was."
