Partnerships

Our services for Bristol's young people require many resources. We work in partnership with Bristol's local companies to make sure that our young people have the materials they need in their work.  We would like to say a big thank you to the following organisations...

Nisbets, which is the UK's largest supplier of catering equipment and clothing  and is based in Avonmouth, is delighted to participate with the Juicy project in Lawrence Weston.  As a local employer it is keen to invest in the nearby community and believes that Juicy offers an excellent service to young people.  Nisbets helped with funding for the project, as well as recently giving young people participating in a "World of Work" course the opportunity to look around the factory and see the different employment roles available.

A crew from the Avon Fire and Rescue Service gave invaluable help in the garden of Juicy in Summer 2009, helping to dig a barbecue pit, put up a gazebo and mount murals.

Juicy also recently benefitted from the help of Lloyds TSB, with staff from the south west HR department volunteering three days of their time to come into the shop and give it a much needed makeover.

BREAD is also grateful for the support of its funders.
