BREAD Youth Project works with young people aged 11-25 to build up their skills and confidence through informal and social education so they can fulfil their potential. We work in partnership with local organisations and the communities of Greater Bristol.
We develop and offer services and projects that are closely tailored to meeting the specific needs of Bristol's young people. These are informed by BREAD's understanding of Bristol's changing and complex demographics and, most importantly, in response to continuous feedback from young people themselves. BREAD's position in Bristol and the service it provides makes it a unique and valuable part of the city.
Current projects:
Juicy Blitz - a juice and smoothie bar in Lawrence Weston.
Moving On Up - a project for 13-19 year olds in conjunction with three other youth organisations.
UNITY - opportunities for 16-25 year olds to celebrate the culture and people of Bristol.
V for Volunteering - share your talent, your skills, your time to help others in your community.
